Hole Sponsor Guidelines
- It is recommended that your hole be hosted by a representative of your company for the greatest impact. If this is not possible you may request that we find someone to host the hole for you, no later than two weeks prior to the event.
- Each sponsor must provide a give-away or contest prize of value. All monies raised are to benefit the TREG Foundation Fund.
- Due to State Liquor Laws, NO giveaways involving the on-course consumption of alcohol will be allowed. Sponsors can, however, offer sealed alcoholic beverages as prizes to be awarded at the dinner.
- At registration, sponsors will be given a form to attach to any contest prizes that will be given out at the awards dinner. Please make sure that your form is securely attached to your prize so the emcee can easily award it on your behalf.
- Helpful items to bring to the course include chairs, cell phones, a table, duct tape to place your sign, sunscreen, bottled water, umbrella, etc. Due to the limited space on the hospitality cart, please try to compact your items as best as possible.
- Please arrive by 8:30 am in order to get out to your hole and be set up in time for the 10:00 am shotgun start.

To All Sponsors, Golfers, Volunteers, and Donors that contributed to or took part in our Golf Outing: Because of your efforts, our 2022 Golf Outing and Auction was very successful. Your involvement and donations helped us raise approximately $15,000, despite the Pandemic CoVid 19 that went directly to the TREG Foundation Fund and ultimately ends up in the hands of many local charities!
This exciting and fun-filled one day event is a great way to raise money for worthy causes in our market areas. And the opportunity to network and get to know those with whom we conduct business is an added bonus as well!
We know that you receive many requests for donations and because of that, it means so much to us at The Foundation Fund that you have chosen to lend your support to our causes. The funds that we raise at this event stay right here in Northeastern and Central Wisconsin, the impact we have on the lives of local people is extraordinary. The date for the 2023 golf outing and auction has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, August 23rd 2023 and will again be held at the High Cliff Golf Course in Sherwood.
We are asking you to please continue to include the TREG Foundation Fund in your charitable giving plans. You may do so through cash contributions, by donating products or services for our silent auction, by sponsoring a hole at our golf event, or simply by playing golf! For those who wish to sponsor a hole and participate in our golf outing, we are once again offering a special combined package for a cost of $650. (Normal pricing is $450 for a hole-sponsorship and $400 for a foursome). Please register today for our combined package and save $200!
